Print to PDF - Creating (8.5 x 11)

The system I submit PDF files to, APPEARS to require the PDF to be 8.5 x 11.
I have never tired to upload an A4 because of the cost to do so
I use Word Print2PDF to generate the upload documents.
PERIODICALLY , the upload is rejected over PDF format size and I have to scrabble to find someone
to convert the document to 8,5 x 11.

1. Is Print2PDF the problem, Word the Problem, or Windows 10 the problem?
2. Anyone have an idea why this occurs, and how to fix it (other than reload the driver)?

In all my years of using computers, I have never been able to use Print2PDF for anything & have it come out right...

However, if you are using Word to create standard Word documents, you should set/check the page size (8.5 x 11 is the default), orientation, and margin size PRIOR to typing anything into a blank document (in the layout menu on the ribbon), or if it is an existing word document, check the layout & page size before making any edits or changes to it.

Once you finish creating/editing the document, save it as a word document (so you always have the original file to work with), then save it again as a PDF, and upload that PDF to your service. Just to verify what it would look like, you could always do a "print preview" also... if this is not what you were trying to do or you need more help, just post back
