Suggest you simply use a compatible program. There are good free ones- or used to be.

Otherwise you could try to find it and use compatibility mode as necessary in the hope of having it work.

which is presumably different and completely irrelevant now.

After upgrading to W10 I no longer have this app. Does anyone know if it is still available and if it is will it work with W10?

Windows 10 22H2

I was just given a Toshiba Satellite L305-S5921 running Vista. All it has provided by Toshiba for multi-media is the Toshiba DVD Player. With Win7 essentially being dead I'll be looking for a lower-resources version of Linux, only have 3GB RAM. It came with 2GB DDR2 modules [2x1GB] but I found a 2GB in my parts cabinet that gives me 3GB total. It will run Linux Faren and Linux Voyager from a bootable USB Thumb drive albeit slower than installed.

No, it was specifically designed for the Toshiba OEM installed Windows 7. It worked by copying image and boot files from the HDDRecovery folder on the Toshiba 'factory reset' partition (often visible as the D: drive).
