Not necessarily- example: I just created a screenshot of a pane in file explorer with a scroll bar (i.e. some of the pane content was not visible) with Duckcapture, and the scroll bar was activated and the whole content of the pane captured.

Each full screen screenshot with Windows "Snip & Sketch" has a blue/grey bar at the top.
The old "Snipping Tool" didn't had this problem.

My hand is a bit shaky using the Mouse to mark on the "picture"/"Photograph" obtained using Paint to capture a "PrtSrn" image. The editing "Tools" do not appear to let me mark on the saved image , although I can mark it using the "tools" provided...
