This PCWorld article suggests it's still in beta. That might be the reason why.

This is still in a Public Beta before they put it on the Microsoft Store https://pcmanager.microsoft.com/en-us
All the tools in this app are already available on Windows, but everything will be in one app one dashboard.

I tried it a while back but didn't find it useful. It also communicated with a server in China. See screenshot here:

Pc Manager and Defender
I've installed this pacjage on several windows 10 and 11 machines. In every case, after installation the security dashboard settings manager indicates that real-time protection is not active and is controlled by a third party app. Uninstallation immediately fixes this issue. This may simply be a problem with communication between apps but without confirmation that something is providing protection I won't be re-installing this product.
