Transfer Bookmarks from PC to iPad

I'm setting up a new iPad. The seemingly simple task of importing bookmarks from my PC's Chrome browser in a .html file to the iPad using either Chrome or safari on the iPad has defeated me. What's the solution if any? It's typical of Apple to make an easy task difficult.

    According to this video:
How to Export Bookmarks from Chrome in Macbook/Windows (2022) - YouTube

It looks like the Mac's Chrome looks exactly the same as a PC's Chrome; It allows the bookmarks to be saved as an HTML file. I would assume that the Mac would also be able to import a PC's Chrome HTML file too.

[Export] PC Chrome Bookmarks HTML file ->
USB / Online upload service ->
Save HTML File on Mac ->
[Import] Mac Chrome Bookmarks HTML file

The problem is Chrome and Safari on an iPad has no option to import an .html file.

I see... kinda weird how that isn't designed in the Mac Chrome...
I tried looking online, there's a bunch of alternate methods in videos on YouTube. What I found to probably be the best method is to Chrome Sync them:

There's other methods in that video too.
One would think it should be easy to import them...
