@x509 ............ Not supposed to advertise which one but Google is your friend & it was free when i took it ! Not sure now ! And no courses on zoom ! And i am old also but was younger when i took it ! Still have to go back for refresher courses now & then because of new programs to remove Malware, Trojans and other bad guys ! Good Luck !!

Don't use these unless there is a specific need.

I use WinAero Tweaker to disable the acrylic blur at login and change the icon, title and menu bar fonts with no problems.

Sort out your browser. It's displaying web push notifcations "Fake McAfee" warnings because you allowed notifications when visiting some website.

However if you didn't understand the pitfalls of web push notifications then I suggest that you don't use this program without a backup.

If using Edge - In Edge's address bar copy and paste:

edge://settings/content/notifications

Press Enter.

Remove the offending website

Otherwise refer to the link I posted for other browsers.
