How to ADD a default Program when installed program is NOT listed?

    REF: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I have "BIK Player" installed on my desktop rig, but I CANNOT associate ".bik" files with it and search options does NOT list "BIK Player"

So HOW can I get ".bik' associated to "BIK Player"?
And, no "BIK Player" is very simple and does not have assiciation option.

Try Default Programs Manager (free). Excellent.

Also try OpenWithAdd and use that to add to the context menu instead of trying to register as default.

Registering programs with the "Open With" dialog

A problem with "Open" menu context - affects one particular program
