Skype Mess Is there any way to make a contact with a person?

Turns out the issue rooted in bad information, not Skype or Window or Google. With that this thread collapses.

skype was great until they started to get moderated by the FCC and other "Three letter agencies".

"Hangouts" ( that app on most Linux phones ) actually enables you to make SIP call and make use of Google phone services.
So if you have problems with skype ( trying to backflip phone bills across continental rates ), then just use Hangouts via Google phone services.

Another thing to consider using is "Twitch", but even that has been compromised by Yahoo! ( a company with mainland Asia ties ),
and is the reason why Yahoo auctions is still a thing over there.
