    Samsung Magician Won't Load after install


    I can successfully install SM on my PC (Windows 10 Pro x64)but it gives me an error 'see screenshot'. I tried doing a fresh install after removing all instances in C drive and in registry. I even tried disabling all anti-virus and Windows defender. Nothing has made this work. I welcome any and all advice. I have 2 2TB Samsung 970 EvoPros

    What version of Magician did you install? Please fill out full system specs by clicking my computer at the bottom left of your post and adding the info by choosing update your system spec

    7.2.1 is the version I am trying to install. It’s the latest one posted on their website

    Try disabling AV if you are using one. If that works you can turn it back on

    Sorry, missed that. If you fill in computer specs I can try to find a way to help. May be as simple as some changes in BIOS

Actually, that is not entirely true - it does a partial defrag now and then to keep the NTFS file system in good shape.

Samsung has released a new version of Magician. All features work in Windows 10. TRIM is turned off so that Windows can perform that task.
Hi guys, i'm using win 10 pro x64 on a samsung evo 850 120gb ssd. My samsung magician just can't recognize the OS, anyone knows how to fix? Thank you and sorry for my bad grammar! :p 39391
