QTTabBar command (ribbon) bar and centered Open-shell start menu

Hello, new member here, joined because I was in the middle of setting up classic theme to my Windows 10 21h1 but with some mix of 10/ 11 touch like Explorer tabs (which I actually like) and compact ribbon UI with QTTabBar and its command (ribbon) bar. Right now I'm still testing on how it looks like when disabling default ribbon UI and it doesn't make QTTabBar UI messed up, it's works as QTTabBar in Windows 7 explorer. The reason why I don't want default ribbon UI is that it leaves pretty huge gap on top of it when classic theme is enabled, and there's really no way to resize the button even if I can ignore that gap, which QTTabBar command bar actually offers (Small 24x24 is ideal for me)

The problem is setting up the QTTabBar command bar buttons to replicate functions of some of the tool I used on the regular ribbon UI, which mostly buttons with sub items (drop down buttons). Now I'm going to be 100% honest I never actually used the ribbon UI on QTTabBar before, not even setting it up at least until now and setting up sub items for drop down buttons is really not easy for me, so I'd appreciate if there's anyone here that has more experience with QTTabBar know how to set up and replicate these ribbon UI functions into QTTabBar drop down button:

Also is there any way to center at the very least just the start menu of Open-shell in Windows 10 kinda like this?
    (This one is photoshopped example)

Because Start11 basically is separate start menu which means using it doesn't trigger the Open-shell start menu and instead making your taskbar having two start button and start menu. Would be nice if there's any other alternatives to center start menu on Windows 10 aside from Stardock' apps to do this. As for the center start button I'd just rely on those VBS shortcut for start menu trick since it works with triggering Open-shell start menu and I can hide start button from Open-shell settings

Horizontal position offset is on the Menu Look tab of the Settings for Open-Shell Menu window, and, on the Controls tab, you can choose what keyboard/mouse action(s) trigger(s) which menu(s).

Checked the settings, found the offset option, it actually works. Never know you can actually do that with open-shell, at all. As for the Control settings, that one I already know but that's not the thing (like, how do I say this I was thinking that you thought I want to trigger openshell start menu with other button, but no I don't want that. Start button from stardock will trigger its own centered start menu, and at least on my end pressing windows button summoned TWO of them when I have both installed, start11 and openshell start menu, so yea it's basically can't be tricked).

But regardless, massive thank you. Now all that's left is this QTTabBar command bar buttons which is just really a hassle to setup

    I don't use Start11, but here's my Control tab of Open-Shell settings:

I use the the Classic Explorer toolbar of Open-Shell in lieu of QTTabBar because QTTabBar doesn't let me hide the tabbar, which takes up too much screen estate because I don't need tabs in File Explorer.

because QTTabBar doesn't let me hide the tabbar,
    View, Options, Qttabbar
    - Ok, it's not auto-hide..

What I meant was, there's no option in QTTabBar settings that lets me have a command bar WITHOUT having a tabbar.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but I still find that creating all sorts of custom commands in Classic Explorer bar is cake.
