redundant Open with entry of Comodo Dragon

I had installed Comodo Dragon Browser which I later uninstalled. However now whenever I use right click>open with for pdf files I see a redundant entry of Comodo Dragon (which is already removed from system). I do not have any default application set tp open PDF files but hope to remove this dormant entry.

I have attempted steps mentioned in tutorials section but it did not benefit my case.

    Thanks in advance

Hi, it seems you're clicking a pdf file in that screenshot.

    Two options occur initially:
    a. Uninstall Comodo Dragon using a 3rd party uninstaller E.g. Revo, Geek (free).

As you've already uninstalled it, you would first need to reinstall it, then start the uninstall procedure from Revo or Geek Uninstaller. The normal uninstall process runs, then there is an additional scan for leftovers.

    b. Considering the Open With menu for particular file types: See this free tool: exampl, html -

    c. Otherwise you would need to consider using a registry editor.

I note you say this tutorial did not help.

You may need to search your registry for e.g.
    Comodo

I might hazard a gues you will find more entries than you expected - if so see (a)
