As others have said before, there are many free PDF editors out there, each with their own special features that they are proud of.

Most importantly, what are the features you need most in your day-to-day scenarios with PDF editors? I'm not sure you'll ever need text editing. I only use PDFgear because I need to edit the existing text (not simply add some text fields, just to be clear) in the PDF files I've downloaded/received (and it's free:).

My PDF editor I purchased years ago has given up the ghost (some how got corrupted).

Basically all I really need to do is read and cope info on PDF files (bank statements for instance). Does anyone know of a decent free piece of software that will do this?

    Thanks
    i use Foxit to read
and if i want to edit it , i use MS Word....that's right , word .

Preliminary investigation by me says this software has China written all over it.

Lots of software like this talks back to China central for intel. What better way to send company secrets back to the motherland then with a PDF viewer.

Again, only preliminary. I could be won. But I'll do some more investigation. Something just doesn't seem right with this software. And when I have a felling about something, I'm usually right. No matter how won and crazy people think I am. I could give two tits lets to be honest.

    Edit-

    Cute Adobe look-alike logo though...

    Edit 2-

Ah, you're located in Singapore apparently.

Damn! Singapore looks like a nice country! How long have you lived there?

???WTF dude? Were you really trying to sentence me for using a software? How about you go tell the young people around you to stop using TikTok if you have plenty of time to lecture me? In case you don't know, TikTok is a Chinaware. Although I am not a TikTok user and have no interest in its origins.

Sorry, man, but your whole post seems like you're advertising for the company. Not only that, but you chimed in on another post at the same time about PDFs and that user has NOTHING but PDF posts (11 of 'em) and apparently happens to be from Hong Kong.

Do know that it's a spammer tactic to start some BS threads then latter come back and add a promo to a product...

No, I'm not "sentencing you" for using a software, just pointing out that during my investigation with he program I see China fingerprints all over it. So just letting you and everyone in the world that comes across this post know.

It's a big problem with the sneaky ******* shit in firmware, hardware and software from the land that gives a nut sack less about freedom...

    Carry on.
