Sync problem with "Sticky Notes" between two machines with same sign i

I have an NUC6i5SYH running W10 Pro and an Erazer laptop running W10 Home.
Both are up to date but the Erazer is missing the last sticky note and refuses to sync it.
both are running version are 4.5.9.0.
MS are no help what so ever, does anyone know how to force the two to sync?

"To force the two computers to sync the sticky notes, you can try the following steps:

On the NUC6i5SYH computer, open the Sticky Notes app and make sure all notes are saved and synced to your Microsoft account.

On the Erazer laptop, open the Sticky Notes app and sign in with the same Microsoft account used on the NUC6i5SYH computer.

If the missing sticky note does not appear, try manually syncing the notes by going to "Settings" in the Sticky Notes app and selecting "Sync now."

If syncing still does not work, try resetting the Sticky Notes app on the Erazer laptop by going to "Settings" in the app and selecting "Reset."

If none of the above steps work, you can try deleting the Sticky Notes app on the Erazer laptop and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store.

Note: It's important to make sure that both computers are connected to the internet and that the Sticky Notes app has permission to access your Microsoft account."

Are all computers running on the same local network?
In Sticky Notes setting is each logged onto the same Microsoft account?
Are all computers turned on at the same time?

I just changed a note on my laptop. I just opened the same note on my desktop. The note immediately updated.

@3nd Thanks for the steps to force a sync, the only one that I didn't try (too cowardly!) was to delete the App!
Did it once with Gmail on m iPad and the minutes between it going "pop" and it re-appearing seemed like hours!
It seemed to dislike just one note in particular, so I copied it and sent it by email to myself and pasted it into the other machine, ...then I had one machine with a fresh copy and the other machine synced, so that had two copies!
Ended up deleting the first one which wouldn't sync and all is well again.
Tried creating a few new ones on each machine and they all now sync.
It must have just disliked that one message!
Who said computers were logical machines?
Interesting Link to AI, I'll have a read later, thanks.

...Not called Wilbur by any chance?
I used to love Mister Ed, brilliant program.
Yes, both machines are on my desk, signed in to the same MS Account and would sync any bogus notes I typed, in both directions, just the one which wouldn't sync.
Finally as explained above, I emailed it to myself!!
No idea what it didn't like about that one message!

    Thanks guys for helping.
