Can't find Microsoft Photos download page for Win10

Windows 10 Home v 21H2, OS build 19044.2604
Dell XPS 8940 Tower 10th gen Intel Core i7-10700
Dell XPS58940-7262BLK-PUS

I got a corrupt MS Photos and I want to delete the app and download a new copy.
I've gone round and round on the MS Store page and can't find the @#$% free link to download for Win10.
Very frustrating.

I would greatly appreciate the exact link

First you should try the Reset options in the Advanced options for Photos.

I ran the Terminate, Repair, and Reset options and everything seems to be working ok.
