how to remove ad from app

i have ver 21h2 19044.2604 what i would like to find out is how to get those annoying ads out of app? the one in general is myradar. i had it one time working with that annoying add in the lower left corner and then i had to do a OS restore because of an update the messed with the pc and the i added the my radar app and now i get that annoying ad in the lower left corner. i tried to do a ublock but when i click the ublock the app goes away. i tried looking for an older version of the my radar and can't find it.

if i could get the app t run on the chrome as a tab i may then be able to click on the screen and bloc it. i have had good luck with other apps doing that but the my radar seems to run in its own tab.

has anyone had luck with that at all

    thanks

Pay for the service to support the app so that they can be removed.

Then there is nothing that you can do to get around the software owner's way of making income when those who do not wish to pay want to use their software.

thanks i have the weather.gov but a bit hard to navigate it shows everything but the myradar comes up in the radar and much easier in a full or partial screen. i may switch. and the windy.com looks good i may just go with that one. but it will take some time to adjust to the way the app works. i will give the windy app a go and see how it works for me. thanks alot for those

    You're welcome.
I don't use any apps, I just check the sites before I head out on the great lakes fishing.
I have some friends that have the windy app on thier phones though.

i have the windy app on the pc for comparison but to be fair i like my radar better so far, it shows the cloud movement much better. and windy starts out in a yesterday display i know what yesterday was i need to know what now is or at least a couple hour ago and up to now.

but in the windy it seems to do into the future better but my radar may do that if i set it up to do it. i do see it uses the same future systems that the news uses.

but i will give the windy app a fair test for a couple months or more to see if i can get use to it. thanks for that link.

ok i have another question then i have 2- 6470b hp probook laptops. i have the same OS and chrome on them and they are set up the same so when i open the my radar app on one of the pcs i do not get the ads in the lower left corner and on the other pc i get that ad in the lower left corner. does anyone have a clue as to why that is happening? the only thing missing on one of the pcs is bluetooth and the biosensor i do not believe that missing those will make that ad go away. i have popup blocker ABP u block origin and ad blocker ultimate on both of them and one has the ads and one doesn't. that is why i asked the question if one pc doesn't have the ad then why can't i get the other one to not show them?

Looks like the ad-free version costs $9.49 and is a one-off cost.

See MyRadar Ad Free for more info.

    Hope this helps...
