how to remove ad from app

still fails to answer why one pc gets ad free and one doesn't my phone doesn't have tha ads either but that may be a phone thing

Memory: 8.00 gb 7.88 usable
Mouse: corded 5 button usb mouse
Hard Drives: ssd 500 gb hard drive
Internet Speed: 25 mbps
Browser: yahoo
Antivirus: windows defender and some others this site said to use
Other Info: installed the 20h2 update have bitdefender installed and malwarebytes plus ccleaner.
