This app can't run on this PC. But I don't know which app.

As the subject really. Message is posted at startup, return from hibernation (I don't use sleep) and seemingly at random. I've reviewed the incomaptibility centric threads on this matter, but I don't know (or want) the app that's giving rise to it.

I tried using window spy to get some detail from the dialogue box, but nothing about what gave rise to the program. I haven't installed anything recently.

How to track this down?

... however from your suggestion I disabled everything in there (not much) and it went away.

I was then able to isolate the issue to an OpenVPN client which has evidently become incompatible with recent forced windows update. The VPN client had not been updated.
