Adobe Acrobat Reader ate my decimal point

For the past 3 years I have been getting my pay stub from my companies on-line portal. Was able to print out with no problem. Yesterday, printed out my latest and noticed the decimal points did not print out. Instead of 123.45 I got 123 45
I printed out previous stubs, and got the same thing, no decimal point, they did print out in the past and they are visible on screen.
So I printed out a news article and got the periods at the end of the sentence. Found a math website with decimal problems and that also printed out, no problem. So then I downloaded Soda PDF, and that printed out decimals, no problem. ??? Just Adobe will not print out decimal points from my pay stub. Could there be a setting in Adobe thats causing this? Really hate to switch PDF viewers/printers.

My Win10 Version is the same. I just opened a manual for my Notebook with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2022.003.20310 and got all the dots/periods on a page printed on my HP LaserJet M148. There are some settings in right-click or File and Properties but don't see where suppression of a character is one of them.

Nine times out of 10, uninstalling Acrobat and reinstalling will solve issue.

Will not fix what is a part of the document in question. It all depends on the information that was used to create the file. Nothing the OP does with making changes to their system will change this.

It will not fix it. It is that the software used to create the PDF imports the information on the document and the document may not pass certain items off to a printer.

May have found the problem. On 1/16/23 Microsoft installed Microsoft Edge Webview2 Runtime. Have no idea what this is, but after searching the Web, a lot of people are complaining its affecting some of their programs, including Edge. Removing it may cause further problems, so I cheated. I removed Adobe Reader and have been using Soda PDF all morning with no problem.

    Thanks everyone for the help.

Yes if using Edge to view the PDF it can cause some issues with how the information on the PDF is embedded. By itself, Acrobat should not be affected by Webview2 runtime since it has zero to do with that product.

OP stated that old documents which printed correctly in the past, now showed the same issue also. Clearly a change in the OS or the program.
