How would you go about blocking software uninstallation?

Is there a GPO for this, or some way to block the uninstallation of a specific software? How do software like Kaspersky do it so that if you have created a password for changes, then you also have to know the password to uninstall Kaspersky?

How could I do this with other software, individually?

How to uninstall Folder Lock? - NewSoftwares.net

Folder Lock not only Locks your files but also Encrypts them and stores them in encrypted storage files called Lockers. These Lockers can also be stored and backed up online for added protection of your sensitive data. It not only allows you to secure ALL your data in one single location – your Locker – but also online.

I've never tried it. May it also will protect programs.

    I read:
"It's not possible to prevent an user from doing something on a machine where they have elevated permissions.Even if a key is owned by TrustedInstaller it is possible to change the ownership of that key as an Administrator. There are folders on Windows, where by default TrustedInstaller owns them (i.e. WindowsApps), but an experience user can always change that ownership."

Block Users from Uninstalling Apps from the Windows 10 Start Menu
