    How do I get this box from popping up every time I reboot?? What a nuisance!

    Right click the Taskbar and start Task Manager, go to the Startup tab and uncheck BDE Administrator. Or uninstall it in Programs and Features

    Yup. Did that already and then Win 10 complains because it can't find the file!! Weird!
