Sticky Notes Uninstalled Itself; Need Help Recovering Data

I have used the MS native Sticky Notes since Win7. Now I'm at Win10 v22H2 with them. Unfortunately, I don't back them up and take it for granted that they will load every day when I boot, until today...

I started my machine and Sticky Notes uninstalled itself for no reason. I opened the MS App Store and reinstalled the app. But all of my original notes are gone. I looked in the typical locations for some remnant of the original notes, for example...
    C:\Users\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

    Nothing comes up though.

Note that I was not logged into my Sticky Notes app, since I didn't even know that was a thing I had to do. Thus, nothing was backed up to the cloud.

So the only idea that comes to mind is a System Restore. However, that is giving an error too, as shown in the image below.

So I am wondering if there is a way to manually crack open the System Restore files on my machine to find my old Sticky Notes.

Note that I'm not so interested in diagnosing the problematic System Restore, as much as I'm interested in recovering my important Sticky Notes. My gut tells me that they are stored inside System Restore, but I don't know how to get to them.

Why do you think Sticky Notes was uninstalled? Sticky Notes does not come up by default. You have to search for it in the Start Menu search box and launch it. You can keep it available all the time by pinning it to the task bar.

BTW, I have a local account for logging in but still have my Microsoft account stay logged in. By doing that my Sticky Notes are synced on all my computers.

Yes, you are correct that I have to search for it in the Start Menu. I did that. The app was completely gone. It was even gone from my System App list.
