Thanks Jim,
That was a quote from the page. I changed post# 155 to a quote instead of just indented text.

~update~
AutoCAD 2016 works perfectly on both 9926 and 10041
AutoCAD 2015 works on 9926, but has an installation issue on 10041 due to DotNet 4.5 prerequisite
:)
No catch just tested and run well. And that after upgrading from Windows 7 to Build 9926 to 10041 to 10049.
The thread is called Windows 10 Preview Tested Apps
Anyone else using Adobe Premiere Pro in 10041 or 10049 (CC 2014) ? Any issues? Ideas? I've found myself now in a vicious and annoying circle: I reinstall, check that everything works, install Premiere Pro, test with a short unedited raw video, Premiere encodes and exports the video OK. Then a few edits, insert audio and a few slides, try again, and whatever output is chosen encoding goes to 90 to 98%, then Premiere crashes.
I would not like to install a legacy Windows only to be able to create tutorial videos.
pardon my skepticism. But I just installed Windows 10 and I'm going through my software. I'm finding that my current software suite doesn't play BluRay from my Blu Ray burner. I'm considering upgrading to Nero 15 platinum because of some promotionals. But the Nero site doesn't mention Win 10 in the specs. This thread mentions Nero as compatible with Win 10.
Is it is or is it ain't?
I'm not sure what you mean by "I just installed Windows 10" .
Was it a free upgrade from some previous OS, a new purchased license, etc. ?
I did an "upgrade install" with no errors while upgrading and everything seemed fine initially.
Later i found some issues i couldn't fix.
Finally i gave up trying to fix things, did a clean install, and that fixed my problems.
Hi Ibeck,
Software working on Windows 10 and the Manufacturer officially announcing support for Windows 10 are 2 different things... While Nero have not officially said they support Windows 10 on their site at this moment in time it appears it does work on Windows 10 based on this post - Windows 10 Preview Tested Apps - Page 15 - Windows 10 Forums
All i would say is you may not get much support from Nero if you needed their support with it being on an OS they don't officially support.
Regards,
Jamie
thanks. As I mentioned, I already have Nero 12. My only reason for considering the upgrade to 15 is because platinum says that it plays blu Ray. But even at the promotional price I don't want it if it doesn't play blue ray and is not supported. So I guess I'll pass.
I posted here thinking that possibly someone on this forum has installed Nero 15 after the free win 10 upgrade and could report that it does or doesn't work.
thanks for the info.
