Any GUIs for mass symlink-ing other than .bat files?

After my fresh installed Windows initialized, I always, using mklink, relocate my folders from C: (SSD) to D: (HDD):

    1. My Docs can be done through "Folder Properties">"Location">"Move" OR by Reg modifications, no symlink-ing necessary.
    2. "Start Menu Pinned Items" Folder (I use OpenShell)
    3. Game Saves in AppData
    4. Tens of GB worth of Material Libraries from design software (Symlink-ing before installation can save considerable SSD write cycles)

By saving all symlink-ing needed to a .bat file, every time I install a windows, all symlink-ings are done automatically in just 1-click. And by copying the .bat file and the folder structures, I can do this on my laptop as well.

Question being: I have to type and debug the code manually every time there is a change in the linking. Any software with GUI, designed for this purpose (saving project files for mass symlink-ing in 1-Click)??? I googled and most software are designed for a few single symlink-ing and can't be save as a project file for further, repetitive uses.

I guess XSubst is not what you're looking for, either?

But I just found the following, which may be interesting:
    Link Shell Extension

Link Shell Extension is very good for a couple symlink-ing but not good enough for a bunch (and repeated uses). Still, good suggestion, I wouldn't care to type bat for 1~2 symlink-ing in future with this software. Thank you!
