You drag the target "crosshairs" over the problem icon. So try that. It seems that you tried to drag the icon to the target.

In geek uninstaller post a screenshot of the most recently installed programs.

Then switch to store apps view and post a screenshot of the most recently installed store apps.

And in reply to your question in yet another thread on this topic, then no, installing another PDF viewer will not overwrite any currently installed apps. It will just offer you yet another PDF viewer to choose from when opening PDFs or if you are really lucky it will set as your default application for PDFs.

You downloaded the wrong file. The screenshot clearly shows which file to download. It's highlighted in a red box here in Post #16

Then you extract (unzip the folder) before running.

Look for a program named PDF Doc or similar. Or export the lists and upload here.

Geek Uninstaller > File> Export to HTML

save the file to desktop with the file name uninstaller.html

Then

Geek Uninstaller > View> Windows Store Apps> File> Export to HTML

save the file to desktop with the file name uninstaller2.html

Put both files in a folder. Zip the folder and upload it here.

Look here is a list of their apps. Work through the app names in the list until you find it.

That company "Ballard App Craftery" has only released Windows Store Apps and not Programs that install in Program Files or Appdata folders.

If you did not pay for it just check the names of the free apps.

Look for:
PDF Doc

In Revo's list of installed windows store apps. So type PDF Doc in the search box and check if any of the three programs listed above appear please.

Or maybe it's PDF DOC anyway. I just installed it from Windows Store and it shows up in start menu and can be uninstalled by right clicking on the start menu entry.

Or any decent uninstaller including Geek that can uninstall store apps.

Post a screenshot of what you see if you actually use it to open a PDF.
