Any download manager saving server modified date?

Currently I use Internet Download Manager from Tonec
(Internet Download Manager: The fastest download accelerator)

I am aware of many alternatives, that is not the point.

However, I do seek a good, alternative download manager that does the following with the downloaded file:
    a. set created date after the server date
    b. modified date, date of download.

For example: the server date of FileXYZ is Sept.30, 2018
When downloading the created date is set to 30-09-2018
The modified date is set to Oct. 6 2022

I have set up IDM to keep the server date. IDM is also saving the server date as modified. Date stamps of a downloaded file are like this:
    modified date: 30-09-2018
    created date: 30-09-2018
    accessed date: 06-10-2022

I would like to have the modified date to be the same as accessed date.
    modified date: 06-10-2022
    created date: 30-09-2018
    accessed date: 06-10-2022

Currently IDM does not have this option.

    Anyone any suggestions?

    Thanks.

This is how Windows deals with dates.

Perhaps your only option woud be to run a script to change these after downloading the files to change their attributes.

My post can be a bit confusing, so I would like to explain it a bit more...

Please do note that under 'normal' circumstances the modified date of the downloaded file would indeed be the today's date (oct.6th, in this example), which would be perfectly in order.
The drawback is that the created date and accessed date would also be today's date, hence there is no way to figure out the initial 'server date' was.

Within IDM settings I can check the option "Set file creation date as provided by the server"

Regretfully IDM also sets the modified date to server date (i.e. both created and modified date are the same, old, date).

If you have a big list in your "Downloads folder" it is a bit of a hassle to find the downloaded file.
IF... the modified date is set to moment of download, I have set my Explorer replacement to highlight that file: the line is yellow and easily to select between other files.

Anyway, I may give JDownloader2 a try, maybe that downloader has a solution for this.

Timebeing I unchecked that IDM option.
(actually IDM should update the modified date after accessed date immediately after download, but regretfully that option isn't available).

    Thanks again.

This was one of my reasons for avoiding IDM. The other was I could not explicitly specify the folder receiving the downloaded file.

I choose to use EagleGet. As best as I can determine, EagleGet is no longer supported. Versions up to 2.1.6.70 (released May 18, 2020) may be obtained from archive sites. EagleGet still works for me. Now I am seeking an alternative with both features: preserving modify date and setting the download directory to any directory.

Another useful tool to have for managing all 3 dates of the file is Attribute Changer from petges.lu.

Well, IDM does have a lot of Pro's really.
As for the download folder, open IDM, the Downloads > Options > tab [Save To]

As for preserving the date provided by the server
IDM can do that, but... the drawback is: it sets BOTH creation and modified date as per server time, i.e. when sorting your downloads folder by date, it does not show up at the top (or bottom), which would normally be the case.
IDM should set creation date only, not the modified date.
In a folder with many files it makes it a bit more difficult to trace the downloaded file (unless one knows the name)
