Unable to install Windows Calculator

I didn't lose my themes, but more my tweaks. Like I remove all those silly folder in ThisPC.
An In-Place upgrade will put them back. But my themes seemed to remain untouched.

This was all set back to Windows defaults, like all the silly folders MS insists including in ThisPC.
But just about all my "legal" changes, made in settings... stayed untouched.




Ofc, the writing and the blue boxes, were just added to the pic, and not to ThisPC.
