Windows Store Missing In Action Since In-Place Upgrade

Following a BCD repair using an In-Place Upgrade, listed elsewhere. Now it;'s time to ask why my Microsoft Windows Store App is nowhere to be found.
I've even done an SFC /SCANNOW which said it successfully repaired some items yet Store wasn't one of them.
I've also re-registered the DLL and enabled it as per Tutorials plus made sure the appropriate services are running, all to no avail.
Without it I cannot update Apps, or install new ones.

I should add that I used Powershell (Admin) to do what the Tutorial said to do and that gave an error, couldn't find path.
I found one solution here involving downloading a bunch of .NET installers, the trouble there was I couldn't make out the correct downloads due to my poor sight. So I’ve abandoned looking for now. I do NOT want to create another account as I have huge amounts of data linked to this one and have never had this issue before. Besides that isn't a guaranteed solution.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Reinstated finally after running various ways found online: HERE.

I have trouble opening it on an error page but I can go the other tabs and update or install apps.

Running as DISM atm to hopefully repair it.

    Hello @Ex_Brit,

    As a start, have you tried these ? . . .

    > Re-register Microsoft Store App in Windows 10
    > Reinstall and Re-Register Apps in Windows 10 - Option 3

Also, have a look at the Related Tutorials at the BOTTOM of the above Tutorials as they may also be related.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.

I now can update apps but I can't seem to solve the problem of the MS Store shortcut opening that error page. It still happens. I will keep trying when I get the chance.
