Pardon me while I (again) say nasty things about MS Windows 10 . . . !

What now? When editing a photo in PhotoshopElements (for example, using the magnetic lasso tool), the screen will suddenly "jerk" -- and the tool will "complete itself" even though I'm not done with the draw.

Please: Anyone have any information about what the problem is and how to stop this from happening?

    Thank you. Appreciated.

You are using Photoshop Elements 2. That is twenty years old. There may not be a fix for your problem.

I had Photoshop Elements 1 but upgraded to Photoshop Elements 11 in 2013. It works fine with Windows 10.
