    Goodsync support fail - need support manager contact

    I've been a happy paid Goodsync customer for about five years now, until now that is. I had to file a support ticket several weeks ago and the support agent seems determined to push back on me, despite the detailed descriptions, screenshots, etc.

    There is no way on the website to email a support manager (or even sales). There is only a phone number. Does anyone have the number or email address of the support manager? I need to escalate this issue.

    His/her advice to deal with the issue simply doesn't work. I really depend on Goodsync to keep a desktop and laptop in sync, and I use this utility daily. However, it has let me down repeatedly recently.

    I'm really p---ed off, enough to consider switching to another utility.

    Many support desks have a rule that they must react to a customer saying that an issue must be escalated so I suggest that using that word in your email to the agent is your best method of being connected to a higher company level.

    Best of luck,

    @denis,

    Thanks. I did that about 11 pm last night, after writing this post and "stewing" for a bit.

    I will wait until Monday afternoon (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT-7) to see the response.

    I have had to do 2-3 support tickets before and they were generally resolved pretty quickly and without any drama.
