(repost?) Need recommendation for website to learn C++

May be repost. Apologies for any confusion. I need recommendations for a good or the best website to learn C++. Here is a website that seems useful. https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/3-webs...ming-language/
Recommendations based on this website, or other websites will be appreciated.

I have read that C++ is hard to learn, but I would not be starting from scratch. In my university days and early career I did a lot of programming in FORTRAN and PL/1. I already know about various data types, including string, boolean, and pointer. I know about local and global variables, DO loops and IF statements, data structures, text and binary input/output, and procedures and subroutines. I probably don't need to learn all of C++ to write the programs that I need now, but I would like to focus on a language that offers additional features should I ever need them.

FORTRAN isn't capable of developing the programs that I need, and there is no PL/1 compiler for Window 10.

    Thanks in advance.

I can't offer an online course, but something I have found for finding good information on how to use languages is Stack Overflow

Stack Overflow - Where Developers Learn, Share, & Build Careers

It's great for asking questions and figuring out things. Lots and lots of code examples.

    I wish you luck. :)
