Win10 Raw Video Converter

I have a security camera that saves RAW video clips, *.raw, to a SDCard and I want to view them or convert them on my pc. I have searched the net and tried so many video viewers and converters and I cannot find anything that will work.

Most programs say in their description that they can view or convert raw videos but they actually don't.

However I did find an online video converter that does convert the files to avi or mp4 and play ok, so there must be a way of doing this without having to upload the *.raw files every time.

Does anyone know of such a program that I can either view or convert on my win 10 pc myself?

Don't know about video but one of my clients inadvertently set the photo images in his Canon D-SLR to save as RAW format then wondered why he was running out of room with all the 20MB files, reset the camera to .jpg and most images were between 3 and 4MB. For photos RAW has little to no compression and is better for doing large prints. It's been awhile and my memory fails me just now but when I was on the animal shelter board our security camera recorded in a different format which could be copied to an external drive, could have been a .wmv or .mp4/.mpeg format. Might make a difference if audio is included in the video.
