To be honest, at this stage, as you have effectively hacked the O/S to some extent, and might have done something I can't anticipate, rather than playing guessing games, I'd recommend you do an in-place upgrade repair install (using an iso file of the same major build) which keeps all progs and data

    Other possible options:
    a. System Restore - if you have an appropriate restore point, and SR completes successfully
    b. Restore a suitable disk image. (The routine and regular use of 3rd party disk imaging is endlessly recommended here).

Order of preference: SR, in-place upgrade repair, restore disk image (as the last reverts data as well).

^ If I do as you've suggested...when in Personalisation....nothing is in there with regards to the calendar or clock.

It's annoying that a basic function of the op/sys has been removed from the system install procedure, & one has to then go out & get it ...after the fact.

If the clock and related settings has disappeared from your installation, I don't think that's MS's fault..

I have the install disc for what was the 1909 iso, that's what is installed here......the clock is not there.

If clean installs resulted in that tenforums would have had a flood of complaints.

    Not one such.. except yours...

Anyway, your major build is apparently 1909, so I suggest you get a fresh iso file for 1909 and perform an in-place upgrade repair install as I said.

That begs the question- how and why are you on 1909? How have you disabled Windows Update?

Both 20H2 & 21H1 do not seem to like a couple of the Video & audio editing tools I make use of. Both Wavelab & Soundforge do not run smoothly on either of them. As well, for some reason my 2 Radeon HDMI cards exhibit colour output issues when media is played. I've not discovered where the op/sys & the 2 do not like each other

If Post #10 does not work for you then try again in Safe mode.
Boot into Safe Mode - TenForumsTutorials - I always use Option 3.

    Please post screenshots of
1 Settings, Personalisation, [under the heading Notification area], Turn system icons on or off
    2 %windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9}\SystemIcons
in the hope that some of the other things showing up in those two places can give us a clue about what is going wrong.

And they were exactly the same in Safe mode, were they?
