    Does "Portable TimeSync" work on your Windows?

    The above "Portable TimeSync" works on my Windows PE but does not work on my installed Windows.
    Does it work at your end?

    Yes, if I select a server it can access and if run as admin.

    I forgot administrative privileges are required to modify the value data on Windows Registry.
