    StartAllBback—not recommended


    I've created new Windows 10 and 11 images. I downloaded an application called StartAllBack which on the surface has promise and returns your old favourite interface, but after viewing my Windows reliability history, Windows Explorer frequently crashes.

    For Windows 10 you can use Open Shell.

    For Windows 11, about the best you can do is...

    I'm running the latest build now, so far it works well, at least no crashes. Still a work in progress - but so close...
