Program for place side by side windows app

Hi,
I found several apps e.g PowerTots that allow you to align different window's apps but once reduced in the toolbar you have to start the procedure again,
Is there a way to recall all the windows aligned once minimized on the toolbar at the same time?

Eg. I would like to use this function to have the simultaneous download situation of the various programs.

You can try this:

Windows on screen change position and size on their own

I don't have PowerToys so cannot say if it will work.
