I had to have my windows 10 operating stem reinstalled and and i am trying to figure out out how do geget all files to sta and not supported files see imagae down in right corner it says all supported files how do i get it to say all files see photo to see what i meanwindows 10

What happens if you click the down arrow where it says all supported files. I think all supported files means all files.
What version of Windows are you running. Mine says " All Files (*.*)
It might also be that the server you are trying to upload to only accepts a certain file type, You appear to have selected a folder that only has shortcuts in it try picking another folder that has more file types in it and see if they show up.

when i click on it all aps cpome up but goes back to supported apps

i had sent something to the desktop and tryed to find it to send it bit it did not show up until i clicked show all aps then it showed it what i was trying to send was the addrees book in my tuinderbird profile to some one.

I know this is off topic but would like help with this as how do i keep top aps in window search bioo instead of recent etc i come here because you all have helped me greatly in the past
