    My CCleaner has removed it.

The following folder has been deleted.
    Code:
    C:\Users\Matthew_Wai\AppData\Local\Packages\BluskySoftwareInc.SpeedTest-FreeInternetSpeedTestT_61yk12x6sxn40\
I installed the app on another machine and uninstalled it without any problem. I think there is an issue on my PC that is causing the problem and I can't find it and the only way to fix it is to do a reset of Windows and it is not worth that - far too much work to get stuff the way I want it.

Do you have system image backups that you can restore? If not then create one using Macrium Reflect.

Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

If you have a backup image your current system (store image on another drive) and restore your backup.

Restore your original backup then mount the image you just made and copy any missing personal files/ folders to your current system.

Or if you don't have an old backup image create one then you can try:

    Account Profile Fixer

Uncheck "Keep Windows store apps's package data from the old account"

Once restored if there are any issues with programs you can usually mount your backup image in explorer and copy any required folders from C:\Users\Username\AppData stored in the backup to your current system.

If it all goes wrong then at least you have a current backup that you can restore.

Run the following script provided by the BSOD team. See whether it can find any problems.

    👉 Tuneup_plus_log.bat ✔️

The script found the following problem, which does not seem to have anything to do with the app in question.

    Code:
            [BcdEdit /enum {badmemory}]

There are no matching objects or the store is empty.

I do keep an image and a cloned SSD, but let me think this over because they say "Not to mention that there are some folders that should not be be moved, or we may risk breaking the new user account profile as well. In the end, we also need to delete the old user account."

And there are apps that are installed with the system that would have to be installed again. Let me think this over, this looks like a major move.

I gave Account Profile Fixer a try and it did not remove the apps even through I left "Keep Windows store apps's package data from the old account" unchecked and it broke links to File Explorer - Win+E no longer worked and the icon on the taskbar did not work.

Any how, restored image and everything is back to normal

Thanks. That's why you needed a backup before trying.

Found the problem with Win+E not working, I had removed Quick Access and when I ran Account Profile Fixer it reset "Open File Explorer to:" "Open Quick Access" causing the error. After locating the problem, I again ran Account Profiler Fixer and it did remove the app, but there was a "little" work to get my personal settings back to where I wanted the.

There was other work I had to get things back in order, but that depends on what options you select.
