I am using a Logitec C270 and a Logitec C290 webcam. Is there a free software app I can use to sharpen the video a bit while using Zoom?
I am using Logitec Camera settings to apply a little digital zoom. There are contrast settings but no sharpness settings.
Your advice would be appreciated.

I just use:
Webcam Settings Tool for Windows - eKiwi-Blog.de
Portable version. It shows available settings. Any greyed out settings cannot be adjusted.
It seems to depend upon the webcam used so for me:
Gain control is greyed out.
These are unavailable. The camera does not support them.
Settings do not stick permanently (for me) so after a reboot need to be re-applied. You can run before using Zoom or else launch Zoom then make adjustments.
