I mean March 12, 2022, before i disconnected my internet, then i clean reinstall windows 11, then before I stopped Windows Update service and I disabled Windows Update service, I installed display/graphics driver and everything drivers with Snappy Driver Installer
That's a windows store app. See "5" here:
Check for App Updates in Windows 10 Store
and
Turn On or Off Automatic Updates for Apps in Windows 10 Store
You have Intel graphics due to your CPUs and therefore the Intel graphics command center is installed AUTOMATICALLY. Maybe if you used Windows update as opposed to Snappy Driver Installer you would have better control over what is installed. On no hang on, 'I trust Snappy Driver Installer, here's a random Reddit post to prove it. What do you think guys? post it here and whatever you post I'll still trust and use Snappy Driver Installer.'

You should have realized by now, that your PC needs drivers. If you have CPU from Intel with built-in Graphics GPU, more likely you will need Intel Graphics Command Center as an app. The same applies if you got Nvidia GPU, Realtek HD Audio, etc., all apps from Store, which have nothing to do with Snappy Driver Installer.
You wonder why: Windows 10 is capable enough to take care of its own drivers and I really don't see a point one to use 3rd party driver updaters, but it is totally up to you.
As we say in my home country: "...to let the tamed go off and chase the wild..."
