Windows Video Project app

Hello,
I think I made a booboo. The other day I deleted all the pictures in the Video Project folder that is contained in the Pictures folder. I guess they were related to all the pictures I used in Window Video Projects videos that I had made, even though the folder didn't appear to contain all pix used in all my projects; so I thought I didn't need any of them in the VP folder cuz I have the same pix in other folders on my desktop. I was able to view my saved videos in this app before I did this. So I think I blew it.

I don't know if One Drive was used to make my videos initially, but I see a notation where some changes were made regarding syncing projects with One Drive on Jan 10. I'm not that concerned that my videos are no longer there cuz I saved them to my desktop, but if I wanted to edit them, oh well.

My real problem at this time is that I now can't seem to get the Windows Video Projects app to work. I don't see a place to load my pictures to then drag them into the storyboard. I really liked this app for it's simplicity and user friendliness. I was preparing to make a few more videos coming right up and am stuck Is there another recommended app I can download, since I seem to have messed up this one?
