    .mov player that includes preview box, picture shows what I mean


    Playing youtube videos in Firefox you can scroll along the video clip and have a little picture that shows what is coming up in the video.

    I am recording game play with OBS Studio and I would like to have this feature when playing the recorded .mov files on my PC.

    Is this feature even available for .mov files playing on a PC?

    In the below picture the feature I am talking about is in the red box. The picture is a youtube video playing in Firefox.

    Just search for a media player that includes timeline preview thumbnails. There are a few available including PotPlayer (but for this one configuration is an issue with so many settings available)
