When i delete leftovers on REVO where do they really go
Also how do i show my extensions on top of my goggle homepage for ease of access?

Revo makes a backup before deletion of any leftovers.
Right click the toolbar in google, customize toolbar and drag icon for add on and themes to the toolbar

It depends on your settings under Options > Uninstaller > General tab
