Yes, ofcourse with a new feature update these will return. I use Windows 10 1903 Pro with Specify Target 1903 and so far last month there has been no forced updates. So setting Target to 1903 means that I will remain at this final build so these apps will not be reinstalled unless I voluntarily upgrade to a new feature update.
Just an FYI. Removed apps don't return when upgrading to a new version of Windows if you create the following registry key.

    No Reinstall Apps

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    Callender,

Is that useful list the same as is given in the MS article referenced in the tutorial that was mentioned earlier?

It seems to be slightly different but you just simply add or remove apps to the reg file based on your preferences.
    EDIT (2)
    EDIT:
    Source.

    No Reinstall Apps

    EDIT (2)
    The differences.

    Code:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\Deprovisioned\Microsoft.People_8wekyb3d8bbwe]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\Deprovisioned\Microsoft.HEVCVideoExtension_8wekyb3d8bbwe]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\Deprovisioned\Microsoft.Messaging_8wekyb3d8bbwe]

How do I go on to add the list? Mine shows like that. Is it safe to uninstall all apps except for Store with this script?-appx-deprovisioned.jpg

Do I create a Deprovisioned subfolder and then add for example Microsoft.People_8wekyb3d8bbwe as a REG_DWORD? And add all of them to that folder?

Also I see another folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\S-1-5-21-1895642898-3078186187-2075956055-1001

    With the list of Apps
NumberOfAttempts 1. Should this be set to 0 ? Is this an attempt to install?

I get error in Event Viewer Determining packages to be installed during logon for user: S-1-5-21-1895642898-3078186187-2075956055-1001.

Determining packages to be installed during logon for user: S-1-5-21-1895642898-3078186187-2075956055-1001.

Unable to determine packages to be installed during logon with error: 0x800401F0.

At start up in AppXDeployment folder, I've had this since the very beginning of my Windows 10 install last month. So debloating didn't help at all resolve this. Although I take it as benign and not something to worry about.

But if there is any way to stop AppXDeployment from determining package installation at startup, it would be useful.

    It's a .reg file.

Copy all lines into a text document and rename it to the .REG extension. Delete the line that includes the command for any apps you want to keep installed after an upgrade. The ones in the file will not be reinstalled after an upgrade.

My registry looks like this. Read through both links in Post #23.

Is it safe to uninstall all apps except for Store with this script?-registry-editor.png

If you find other apps that you want to include then add the installation folder's name to the list.

    Example:

Is it safe to uninstall all apps except for Store with this script?-hibit-uninstaller-2.7.15-portable-version-.png

So you would add or remove the app ID to the reg file as desired.

Is it safe to uninstall all apps except for Store with this script?-microsoft.wallet_2.4.18324.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.png

    Example:
    Code:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore\Deprovisioned\Microsoft.Wallet_8wekyb3d8bbwe]
That one is already in the list.
