Is Ninite still safe and good for downloading programs?

So after doing a clean reinstall of windows ten pro, I have to download a bunch of programs. I remember back then and even when using windows 7 and even windows 10 pro I believe, that site ninite was good because you could download all the programs you need on one site and you would know it is downloading the legitimate site. This is still true as of today right?

Because I want to make sure I"m downloading from the correct site. So here, you could download firefox, winamp, openoffice and all these programs. That is still recommended?

I remember this site was recommended because you essentially download all these programs from the correct site without concern of downloading from the wrong site... but also bloatware isn't included right? Is it still good for windows ten pro today?

Personally, I do not like tools like Ninite but it is safe enough. My problem was it was sometimes outdated versions.

I would use vendor sites for major stuff e.g. adobe acrobat reader, chrome etc., and if only use it for more obscure apps.

Thanks. But the most important thing is there is no malware at all right? Again I used it years ago with no issue and heard nobody said anything bad about it. Thus it is still recommended right?

Again the reason I like the site was you didn't had to go to each site to download every program... thus to me its safer this way etc. Anyone else have opinion on ninite?

Well, I answered it is safe enough but of course, you should still check pc for malware after downloads.

I use Ninite only if i forget to download and update VLC, etc.
I don't use Ninite only if Google Chrome download and update automatically, etc.
