Hi, I understand you wish to have certain programs minimised to the system tray when launched.
To do that you would have to change the way they are launched.
You would need to use a command line to launch such a program as per this discussion:
How To Automaticaly Start A Program Minimized
and create such a command line for each such program yourself, and arrange for that to be launched on startup or via the task scheduler as you prefer.
By comparison, considering minimising programs to the tray manually after they have been launched, there are various tools you might use.
For example, I use one that adds these options to the rt click, titlebar options:
Rt clicking 'minimise' does the same.

How to Minimize a Windows Program to the System Tray
Hi, thanks for responding
basically, there's no way to do that. we just stuck at 'minimize to taskbar' with cmd
I use rbtray and i wonder if rbtray can be triggered to minimize automatic

is there a command that can right click on the minimize button? so that rbtray can be active hmm
Here's another one that makes it easy to select the programs you want minimised to tray when they launch (not free):
Minimize to Tray Tool - Minimize any application to the tray
And as we've mentioned, there is the option to do that manually after the program has been launched.
Rt clicking on the minimise button is made available by more than one 2rd party program - I mentioned one such.

Hi, I amended that post to suggest this:
Here's another one that makes it easy to select the programs you want minimised to tray when they launch (not free):
- this should happen automatically.
Minimize to Tray Tool - Minimize any application to the tray
Simple list, and if your program is launched, would be sent to tray. Not tried it.
The trick with something like that would be to only send it to the tray after it's launched (once in a session) - and not subsequently.
There's no feature intrinsic to Windows that makes this easy. I just found this comment which illustrates this:
Looking again at the thread I posted initially, I was wrong- that ends up discussing minimising things only to the taskbar. There is no MinimizeToTray API call, if that's what you expect. "Minimize to tray" is an illusion. You achieve this illusion by creating a tray icon, then hiding your main window. To make the illusion more realistic, call AnimateWindow before hiding.
