Just to keep things short Microsoft Office from when they introduced SpellCheck was the greatest breakthrough.
Yes Libre Office is suppose to be the replacement of Open Office
Honest to gosh they just keep rereleasing the same software and force people to buy it in some form or another. I have three versions of MS-Office I could go to not including the one my sibling brought with limited installs.
1. Office 97
2. 2004-2007
3. 2016-2019 ( 2016 with Chrome Updates )
I mean what is the point?
I have seen these programs used in the working world. Mostly excel. What is funny the same idea with updating Adobe products apply as you could find many art people use the older products they learn in college.
My local comic shop has a techie manager/owner, who was a film student. He uses DOS ( I am not kidding you ) version of Office. It has the same interface that was "reinvented". It is like my timeline of Office generation got skipped entirely now it is back to icons. I really do not like seeing everything as giant big icons but hey tablet computers.
