That being said Flash AX works well for me with Irfanview ( the release I have currently ) all I had to do was replace both Flash folder contents with earlier versions of the files in both 32 and 64 folders.

I love flipping through all the flashes via Irfanview. Like being on an acid-trip. I enjoy the madness flash creations so much. Never again we are going to see so much greatness. Blazes you could run this stuff on 100mhz machines and phones with flash installed and it was all good.

Oh really ? Well maybe it is the scanner you are using with Irfanview. I understand it is hard to replace a great scanner.

Otherwise greatest viewer ever made. I even use above Adobe Bridge when browsing photos. Only peg Bridge has on me is that it is able to report various information about the files and view everything as it. However Irfanview will even attempt to convert images from their RAW format, especially if it the universal cross format of RAW. Which really sucks it is not supported by more cameras.

Really interesting post with a good heap of nostalgia thrown in. Flash eh! I different era.

I want you to tell me where do I get my Flash replacement files from and how to view them offline and categorize them ? If I could get an "HTML5 executable wrapper" maybe

See the virus we are still in ? That is the current state of Flash. It is still being used in events, educational faculties, marketing, and online gaming but it is lesser knowing. It is like how we still have Fashion shows, pornography, clubs with dancers, and media being created but it is all hidden. Like in my area over %50 of the population is gone consisting mostly of students and tourists. To make things worst moogles ( yeah no spell-check ) are luring good people away with
temporary raises to migrate to states, and nations just so they can kill two birds with one stone.

Flash programming and design is still greatly used beyond animation. If you know somebody who is into programming making flash related products is still relevant. Yes we want to talk to the boring people who wear masks and have sexless lives okay lets go into HTML5 and javascript.

It is literately a form of segregation among users. Not in the good sense.

Again I ask please show me the HTML5 wrapper so I could execute HTML5 offline without using an web browser ?

HTML5 only bonus is to run on older phones and have everything load up. Flash can run on 100mhz machines. Flash can make games with limited knowledge without using a Game Maker or
Unreal or Unity without getting a lame license.

If things was actually on the same page with flash we do not even need HTML5. HTML5 is basically
Chrome. Every single browser is some form of Chrome now even the Safari. Only hold out might be FireFox. Everybody is literally switching to brave unless they have to login into something for work. Virtualization seems to be the only real option and most people are minors and single female ________ and or ________.

Tell me where the HTML5 wrapper down loader, executable/app maker is and do not tell me it is only on Windows 11.

Alas, I really haven't got a clue, and didn't even know there was such a thing as an off-line HTML5 Wrapper.

What is the point of making anything HTML5 and not being able to view when you want without an Internet connection ?

Flash is Flash and it never ceases to disappoint me. I have never heard about any security problems with flash but here we are using Javascript, Java, C, and C++ all inside HTML5. For what ?

Because back in the 1990's Symbian OS along with other early phones used Java applications ?

Probably coincidence, but I won the Microsoft UWP icon corruption lottery a few days after updating IrfanView.

It looked like the screenshot shown here:
windows - IrfanView replaced my Settings' and Your Phone's icon - Super User

I noticed it with the Microsoft Store icon first. It only affected the MS UWP app icons in Windows Search results.

Anyone else ever experienced this?

There are various reports about this here and there over the years. Microsoft claims it's a IrfanView issue and IrfanView says it's a Microsoft issue

Other similar cases were about Chrome icon taking over.
