Ok, I recovered 90% files to other disk-A by unchecking tick boxes till enough space is achived with the meaning after these are recovered I can go back and only recover the rest to another disk. 3 Hours this did not work out.
So I am re-doing the operation to one disk with enough space for all in one go to disk-B.

You'll have seen the 'deep scan' option when choosing what to do.
This takes much longer, and you'll get an assessment of the quality of the found files. It may find more.
This assesses what's on the disk to see if there are files there irrespective of when they were deleted. These have a much higher probability of having been overwritten.
The basic scan is fast, and is intended simply to find recently deleted files.
That's for HDDs - for SSDs with trim, the situation is different.

Success
Hi,
I managed to get 3 failed files out of 1900. I had to redo the whole operation.
It seems it does not effect the original HDD, so it does not remove from it , it seems it just organise and copy to 2nd HDD.
I wish I could selectively recover and cut and past to 2nd HDD,and come back to those left.

so I would have thought you could use that..
