One way: Windows Settings - Apps and features - search for Windows PC Health Check - click on it and Uninstall should be an option.

It's like that on my PC and I don't recall how I installed it.

Check Control Panel too: Is possible to remove PC Health? It's there for me also.

I don't think it's installed anymore, so you won't be able to. But you can certainly try and see what happens.

Okay, but if you can't find and run the app on your PC, it's not there. Since you uninstalled it from the Control Panel, I guess the history of when you installed it remains in Windows Update history from when you installed it.
