Hi i have tried mutiple times to install win 10 21h1 keep doing sfc scannow and getting corrupt files but it fixes them everything works great but i m am getting these in view reliablity history and have check ssd m.2 for errors also none

"dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"

from a admin powershell, then run your sfc again and post results please, from both.

Okay i did that and did not find and violations but it said that before and keeps doing the same errors i dunno about now wee will see

Did you do dism now and previously too?

If yes, next step would be
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
after a full backup of your boot drive with Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

4 FRESH CLEAN WIPE installs should i really do that? and i did do that the sfc and dism

You did four fresh clean Windows installs and still have this problem? Am I understanding correctly?

Do you use any 3rd party antivirus, firewall, or VPN? Did you modify any system files or folder permissions?

yes fresh installs and no did not modify anything and i use windows defender started when windows 11 came out and this latest update

Okay, so just to be clear, a repair install is not the same as a clean install as you generally get the option to keep your personal files and apps, so yes, that is my current recommendation to fix this issue.
